Juan has over 20 years varied engineering experience in the built environment. Starting as a young contractor with a small mechanical Design/Build firm, later as a controls engineer for Johnson Controls an HVAC Fortune 500 multinational, project development engineer for Eaton Corp. a Fortune 500 electrical equipment manufacturer and ESCO and Regional VP for IMEG Corp. a $200 million/year multinational engineering consulting firm. As CEO, Juan communicates with clients to ensure a clear understanding of their unique needs, helps define the project scope through the owner’s project requirements and acts as a consultant both internally and externally.
Juan supervises and controls all strategic and business aspects of the company. His goal is to drive the company’s development and guide it towards long-term success
