Project Description:
This project includes the preparation of the construction documents required to permit and construct a new 18,360 square foot commercial building located at 10050 Spanish Isles Boulevard, in the Boca Commerce Park, located in unincorporated Palm Beach County (PBC). The building will be certified as LEED BD+C: Core and Shell Development These services will include the design and preparation of construction documents for the development of the existing site and the construction of the new single story, 18,360 square foot commercial building on Parcel No. 4 of this existing 10 acre site. The new building interior will be designed as a “white box” to accommodate multiple tenants and illustrated in the conceptual design layout completed during the initial phase of the project. Formica & Associates provided Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Fire Alarm services, LEED Certification and Energy Modeling.
